Where the money goes:
20% of entry fee will go straight to Leukaemia & Lymphoma NI.
The remainder of all entry fees will go towards the top boats payouts.
The operational costs of this inaugural tournament are already fully covered; no donations or boat entry fees will be used to cover the tournament costs allowing the funds raised to be as high as the community’s involvement makes them to be!
Weather and Rescheduling:
Tournament committee will make the official call on weather 3-5 days before the tournament. If tournament is called due to bad weather, the non-charitable portion of the entry fee will be refunded.
Schedule of Events
Thursday Nov 21st
4:00 pm- 6:00 pm: Boat check in and registration
6:00 pm: Captains meeting cocktails & appetizers
Friday Nov 22nd
6:30 am: Boats can depart marina and start fishing, must be back to scales by 4:00 pm
Sat Nov 23rd
6:30 am: Boats can depart marina and start fishing, must be back to scales by 4:00 pm
Scales will be open from 2:00pm to 4:00 pm each day, must be to scale by 4:00 pm
Sat Nov 23rd
7:00 pm: Dinner and silent auction awards and tournament party to follow with country music singer Channing Wilson and local Junkanoo
